About me and my therapy practice

I offer individual and group supervision to trainee counsellors and practicing practitioners.

Practice description

I believe supervision works well if the therapist feels, supported and influential in shaping the work. I support the supervisees/ trainee practitioners to identify blocks, feeling stuck within the work and reflecting on interventions, techniques, and ideas to move forward; identifying useful resources, reading, and CPDs where appropriate; looking a self-care, best practices, and adherence to the ethical Framework.

My first session

It's important to have a supervisor whom you feel comfortable with and one who meets your specific needs, I offer an initial 30-minute discussion where you can ask any questions about how I work and my experiences and qualifications.
