About me and my therapy practice

Whatever you’re facing, you don't need to do it alone; finding the right help can make all the difference.

I provide counselling and psycho-therapy to adults and young people over 18. My relationship with my clients is central and my approach is gentle. I'm guided by what each person wants, what works best for them and the pace they want to go at.

I'm committed to helping you find a way through. I have many years' experience with individuals and groups, supporting people to work with uncertainty and familiar habits; to recognise choices and to strengthen resilience.

I've worked with people going through many different challenges including: anxiety; BPD/EUPD (symptoms or diagnosis); binge eating; bulimia; body issues; depression; bereavement; health problems; stress and relationship issues. I also run workshops and courses on mindfulness, managing anxiety, eating issues, mental health and stress/resilience.

My core approach is person-centred. I also offer aspects of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and I'm certified (by BIDBT) at enhanced level to deliver DBT skills training to individuals and groups. I have lots of experience working both with people living with BPD/EUPD and people with eating issues (particularly binge eating, emotional eating and bulimia).

If you think you might like to work with me then please get in touch.
