About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor working with adults and couples. I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I am able to use a range of counselling methods in order to best meet your needs and requirements. I am also a Counselling Lecturer.
Making the decision to access counselling can feel like an incredibly big step. I work in a client-focused way, offering you a safe space to be able to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
I am based in St Helens, Merseyside. I offer face to face counselling and psychotherapy, with experience in a wide range of issues.
Practice description
I want you to feel safe and hope to build up a trust with you so that you can share your thoughts and feelings and work through any issues that you may have.
