About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Leah and I am a person-centred counsellor. If you are struggling at the moment due to current or past issues that you feel ready to explore, if you are feeling stuck or unsure what to do next, I will offer you the time and space to talk about what is difficult and support you while you explore what options you have for change, help you accept what you can't and work alongside you to find solutions to your problems.

Practice description

I work from my own office space in Ellesmere Port or can offer online or telephone sessions if you prefer.

I have a Master's degree in counselling and have significant experience supporting people who are bereaved and working with people whose childhood experiences have impacted their lives. I aim to meet the person behind the issues and to offer a trusting therapeutic relationship to encourage you to heal and start living a more fulfilled life
