Hi, and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Ayisha, I am a  qualified Counsellor and  a Registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). 

I work with male and female adults and teens from 16 and above. I have a substantial experience working with a variety of issues, which includes Depression, Anxiety, Past Issues, Childhood Issues, Relationship issues, Domestic Violence, Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse, PSTD, OCD, Work related Issues, Bereavement &Loss, Bullying, Trauma, Low Self-Esteem, Self-harm and Anger Issues.

I also offer Pre-trial therapy in line with pre trial therapy protocols for witnesses and victims attending court. (Around Domestic Violence/Abuse and child contact).

Having engaged in my own personal therapy, as part of counselling process, I can appreciate just how scary and challenging taking the first steps into therapy can be. It's not easy but I'll create a safe space for you to feel heard and walk through the whole journey with you.
