You've got this far, put simply I can help you to take some positive steps. I've helped others before, through on line, telephone or if you prefer face to face counselling from premises in Colwyn Bay (disabled access) putting you as the person at the centre of how we work together. Whichever you choose I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental place to help you explore what has brought you here.

Experienced in general therapy, bereavement and also other types of loss such as, relationship, health, dementia, employment and more.

I am a private counsellor and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics including their supervisory requirements.
