Availability

Currently I have availability on evenings after 5pm and some limited availability on weekends. I try to be as flexible as possible so should there be any specific time preferences please ask and I will try to accomodate

About me and my therapy practice

I am a trained CFD, person centred therapist but I offer some integration of CBT into my practice. I have 7 years of counselling experience and currently work with perinatal, postnatal and generic issues.

My background was in addiction and I spent a number of years working on a one-to-one and group therapy basis.

Practice description

I am a warm empathic, genuine individual and I offer a safe space for clients to explore their issues in a holistic way.

My philosophical base is person centred humanistic and I looka t each individual as a whole taking into consideration of their life circumstances are impacting upon them.

My first session

I usually complete assessments within the first session and collaboratively we will formulate a contract
