About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Chantal, 

I'm an integrative psychotherapist and I specialise in the mind-body connection and working with clients experiencing chronic stress, low self esteem and complex PTSD.

My approach guides you from being stressed out and overwhelmed, through to increased self-acceptance, renewed self-confidence and restored vitality and wellness.

Many of my clients describe feeling disempowered, drained and overwhelmed to a point where it is impacting their health and quality of life. If this is resonating, I'm so glad you've found your way here.

Together we can explore what's going on for you, what you need right now, and how you can work towards regaining balance within your life.

Practice description

I integrate psychotherapy, neuroscience and Somatic practices for a holistic approach to support you in cultivating self-acceptance, self-compassion and transforming your limiting beliefs.

I will also invite opportunity for you to discover how your nervous system plays a role in your mental health, and how working with both your mind and body supports your personal growth.

My first session

Our initial sessions will be about exploring where you are currently at, and together, creating a plan to move towards what you want to gain from therapy.
