About me and my therapy practice

As a busy woman, keeping the plates spinning, juggling work and home and family and a million other things, it's easy to lose sight of yourself.

Not only that… I’ve been there. I ran my own business, and worked for a number of years in a large corporate, juggling work and family life with my physical and mental health – so I understand how you feel, and I know how hard it can be to reach out and ask for help.

I won't give advice or tell you what to do (I trust that you know what's best for you!) but I will hold your hand every step of the way as you go on a journey to find the life you want and deserve.

I follow a detailed intake procedure which helps me to understand your problems and where they come from, and I individually tailor the therapy to you. 

It’s not a quick fix. It’s hard work, sometimes, but it’s worth it.

I work online or face to face, and offer a free online meeting or phone call for you to get to know me a little and ask any questions - just drop me a DM.
