About me and my therapy practice
Whether you feel like you don’t belong, are not good enough, feel lost, struggling with work life balance or feel stuck, feeling this way doesn’t have to last forever. Listen to the part of you that wants and knows there could be something different for you out there. Seeking support can be daunting but counselling offers the first step towards living life the way you want to live it. It can provide you with a safe space to voice your thoughts, feelings and a platform to understand who you are now and where you want to get to.
Working with me, we will sensitively explore your past for a deeper understanding of your present, whilst incorporating tools to foster self-compassion and achieve your objectives for the future. My journey has inspired my passion for helping others, particularly those who doubt their own abilities and those who are struggling from sports injuries.
